The God of the Woods was a top notch suspense - not a literary masterpiece but excellent for its genre. The writing was what hooked me. If you are in the mood for fast but not shallow I would recommend!
I am going to read God of the Woods, but I am afraid it has been overhyped at this point. I did not know Alison Espach had a new book coming out! So, I’m interested to hear what people say about that one. I really enjoyed A Sudden Disappearance. I am mid on Taffy’s book unless someone who knows me tells me to read it.
Yes, those bottom ones are for sure “we’ll see” books for me. I’m told the Espach is very different from her other stuff (which I’ve not read), but the little description got me curious.
