If you liked "Charlie Hustle" and "Ladies and Gentlemen, The Bronx is Burning," I would recommend "Los Angeles, the Dodgers, and the Lives Caught in Between" by Eric Nusbaum. One of my favorite non-fiction sports books!
I just saved it and will report backs. Sounds like something I'd love. I'm currently doing the NYC coconut chicken adobo and it smells and tastes so good so far. I can't wait to eat it!
I just started reading Rifqa. I noticed right away that Hala Alyan blurbed it.
She did? Love that!
Another suggestion for the Keith O’Brien ep - Clemente: The Passion and Grace of Baseball’s Last Hero by David Maraniss
Oooh yes. I need to read that one!

I wish I could edit comments. I have no idea how the subtitle posted but not the title lol. It’s “Stealing Home” by Eric Nusbaum!
